Ordering Charlotte's catering is simple. Choose your pickup time, pay ahead with card or cash, and we'll take care of the rest. We just ask that you place your order at least 48 hours in advance so we can make sure everything is made fresh for you. Every order comes with napkins, silverware, plates, and ketchup.
Pickup times: 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 4:45 PM.
Group size: Minimum 20 people, maximum 50 people.
Gratuity: 18% is automatically added to all catering orders.
Pickup policy: Our food is made fresh and is best enjoyed within 30-45 minutes of pickup. Late pickups will not be refunded if food quality has been affected.
Delivery: You can add delivery for a $50 fee.
